VP, IT Service Delivery Manager & Head of Administration

Job Purpose: Position is responsible for managing the local demand for IT services as well as managing all facilities related matters across the region. Primary duties include: Oversee the service quality delivered by Group IT and Allianz Technology, communicate with business teams and escalate service issues as needed, and act as a single point of contact for AZ Trade in incident resolution. Primary duties also include lease management, facility management and mail room operations.

 

Key Responsibilites:

Maintains knowledge of  the organization and adheres to all organizational standards

•Manage the acquisition of IT equipment (hardware and software) •Analyzes technology requirements and develops functional specifications. •Develops and maintains local technology policies, standards and procedures •Participate to the local IT budget construction •Oversees the service quality delivered from Group IT and Allianz Technology •Collect local user feedbacks and share them with Group IT •Ensure IT processes and interactions are efficient between the local and global levels •Oversees management of technology inventory to include procurement and disposal. •Ensures the availability, continuity and security of data and information pertaining to the organization •Acts as local IT Security Officer •Ensure BCM is properly managed and facilitate local BCM exercises •Manages IT contracts •Lease management for all US and Canada locations •Responsible for business location selection, space planning & design, and lease negotiations for all regional offices •Manages vendor relationships and contracts related to all Allianz Trade locations in the region •Processes all accounts payable invoices related to IT and facilities •Responsible for procurement activity throughout the region and ensures compliance with Group and Allianz procurement standards

 

Key Requirements:

•B.S. required (Masters preferred)  (work experienced considered) •Basic understanding of IT principles in networking and cloud technologies •Strong verbal and written communication skills •To perform this job successfully the following computer proficiency is (are) required:         •Microsoft Office (2019, O365)         •Knowledge of Cisco technologies, LAN and WAN design •Minimum of 5-10 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory •Minimum of 5-10 years of PC and Server hardware support experience •Minimum of 5-10 years of experience with Microsoft Office products •Minimum of 5-10 year of network hardware and software experience (Cisco preferred) •Minimum of 5 years of developing and maintain budgets •Minimum of 5 years working on large group projects •Minimum of 5 years experience as a facility manager
