Your actions have impact.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>JDE’s Enterprise Architecture team is expanding as we embark in our digital transformation journey. The Global EA drives and communicates JDE’s master architectural plan for Retail, B2B (Professional) &amp; D2C sales channels and for Digital Marketing. This role sets &amp; governs the architectural patterns that align business, data &amp; technology, with the goal of enabling JDE’s strategic pillars: Serve more cups, Master execution and Grow together.</p><p><strong>The responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Define the technology archetypes that balance standardization and customization, thus allowing economies of scale and excellent sales execution in our markets</li><li>Articulate, communicate and evaluate the value proposition of the architectural plan</li><li>Work closely with senior business and IT leadership to facilitate and ensure the adoption of the right architectural choices</li><li>Coach, mentor and collaborate with Solution Architects and technical SME’s</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities for modernization, rationalization and innovation.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Strong knowledge of Sales, eCommerce &amp; Digital Marketing in the CPG, FMCG or Retail industry</p><ul><li>at least 5+ years of experience as Enterprise Architect for an international organization;</li><li>Strong technical knowledge &amp; experience in Cloud, SOA &amp; API, Data &amp; Analytics, UX, &amp; headless architectures;</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills towards both technical and nontechnical audiences;</li><li>Good knowledge of Salesforce and SAP platforms strongly preferred.</li></ul>
