<p><br/> <b>RWE Supply &amp; Trading GmbH</b><br/> <b>To start as soon as possible, full time / part time, fixed term (12 months)</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>About the role </b><br/> As a Team Lead for Global Marketing, you supervise a marketing team that is responsible for promoting energy related Commodity Solutions and supports the Sales and Origination experts within Europe and Asia Pacific.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will be reporting to the Head of Commodity Solutions UK, North-&amp;South-Europe and leading the Global Marketing team within RWE Supply &amp; Trading GmbH.</p> <p> </p> <p>This position is a temporary maternity cover for one year taking over the following responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li>Responsible for managing the Global Marketing team in operational, personnel and organisational terms.</li> <li>Establish guidelines and objectives, manage budgets, assess the performance of team members, and lead the efforts in producing effective marketing materials.</li> <li>Establishing and expanding the Global Marketing network within the different Commercial teams and regions; as well as other cross functional departments.</li> <li>Develop and implement a Commodity Solutions marketing strategy plan in collaboration with Sales and Origination experts as well as other cross functional teams across the organisation / global and local initiatives.</li> <li>Supervision and support of all Sales and Origination teams in marketing matters; liaise with internal and external parties, and address issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently.</li> <li>Assess market trends and competitor strategies with regard to marketing activities.</li> <li>Continuous development / improvement of the Global Marketing team, marketing functions; including talent, structures, processes, tools and techniques.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Job requirements and experience</b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.</li> <li>Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles preferably within the Energy industry.</li> <li>Extensive experience in developing and executing marketing strategies above and below the line, incl. Brand &amp; PR.</li> <li>Strong understanding of paid performance marketing channels and lead generation tactics.</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.</li> <li>Excellent Leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever changing environment and drive results under pressure.</li> <li>Ability to lead by example, demonstrating strong values and behaviours to inspire the team and drive personal performance.</li> <li>You are fluent in English (spoken and written).</li> </ul> <p><b>Advantageous, but not essential</b></p> <ul> <li>Salesforce knowledge is a plus.</li> <li>Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>What we value most is passion, willingness to learn and a determined and resilient work ethic.
