 What You’ll Do:

• Ensure the safety procedures are observed
• Incorporate good manufacturing practices established at the location
• Maintain floor area around the cooker as clean as possible
• Ability to clear cooker stoppage in the event of a cooker jam and able to restart the cookers
• Record issue with overcooked product and proper segregation of product.
• Conduct proper maintenance of the cookers, Hydro-Flex, Retorts such as adding oil, bleeding condensate lines, greasing, and adding proper chemical levels. 
• Ability to work as a team and do various task recommended by the manager.
• Ensure the area is in compliance with established standards in cleanliness and appearance.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested by manager.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures
• Notify manager immediately if any unsafe or potentially hazardous conditions are discovered.
• Perform repairs on steam and water pipes on cookers, Hydro-Flex
