What you'll do

• Develop Core Foundations: Design and implement reusable application frameworks, libraries, and environments that serve as the backbone for all our digital tools towards Digitalization. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Blazor WebAssembly, .NET API, IoT projects.
• Build Scalable Solutions: Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Implement and advocate for software design patterns and architectural best practices in different areas of Knauf Group.
• Ensure Cross-Application Consistency: Create standards and reusable components that can be applied across multiple applications, increasing development efficiency and ensuring uniformity.
• Collaborate with Teams and Users: Work closely with internal and external developers, UI/UX designers, IT stakeholders and end-users to ensure alignment and technical excellence.
  Mentor and guide less experience engineers and provide technical leadership.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Innovate and Optimize: Continuously explore and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the development process. Troubleshoot and smart resolve complex technical issues. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, what is more, integrate them into projects where applicable. Lead and participate in project planning, estimation, and roadmap development.

Who you are

• Experienced Developer: You have strong experience with C# (.NET Core & .NET Framework, ASP), Blazor Framework, MS Fabric, and other programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, Java or JavaScript) and are skilled at building core, web-based, IoT solutions, with Integration experience. You possess strong knowledge of design and development on the database side.
• Library and Framework Builder: You have experience creating reusable libraries, frameworks, APIs, making it easy for other developers to integrate your work into their projects.
• Environment agnostic Specialist You understand the intricacies of Cloud and on prem environments, deployment processes, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Collaborative Team Player You enjoy working in a team, sharing knowledge, and aligning your work with the needs of others. Collaborating closely with the Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Customers and End-Users to ensure the team's clear understanding of the project's purpose.
• Constant Learner You’re passionate not only about exploring new tools, frameworks, technologies and methodologies to improve workflows and outcomes, but also in industrial solutions especially in Mining and Manufacturing.
• Key Role Player in technical planning meetings, collaborating with colleagues to discuss user stories and decompose tasks with the end result in mind. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality products through meticulous practices such as documentation, code reviews, unit tests, API tests, and comprehensive monitoring.
