What you will do in a Data Quality Analyst role at Kyruus:
- You’ll analyze customer data and perform necessary data ingests related to such.
- You’ll own creating data mapping documents for each customer.
- You’ll write complex SQL queries to perform data analysis and utilize your experience with data mapping, data processing pipelines, and data quality assurance.
- You’ll leverage your ability to learn complex data structures and processes to understand how they tie into operational systems.
- Perform in-depth data analysis on provider and scheduling data sets for trends in quality, and you will champion data quality within Kyruus and with our Customers.
- Assist and support Implementation Managers in unpacking and researching data quality issues for both our provider and scheduling solutions in order to improve and drive customer performance and satisfaction.
- Proactively identify ways to use the tools we have available to solve unique data challenges.
- Develop methods to scale customer data quality monitoring internally and for Kyruus customers.
- Effectively work with the Product Development and Analytics teams to conquer larger, complicated projects requiring data cleanup.
- Balance data support for multiple customers at one time.
- You’ll report to the Manager Data Quality, in the Shared Services Department within Professional Services.

How You Can Grow
What you will bring:
- You have 1+ years of experience working in a customer facing role.
- You have experience with complex SQL queries and Excel to perform data analysis.
- You’ve have prior work experience in data analytics, have studied data analytics, or have other transferable skills.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You work well in teams, while also being able to own and execute on your own deliverables.
- You have good time management skills and can manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
