HR Training Coordinator (m/f/d)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What awaits you:

• You organize and coordinate training plans for regional training programs in Europe
• You will be the administrator and key user for the Learning Management System where you will be responsible for training management, tracking and reporting
• You will analyze and coordinate training needs in Europe and provide technical support for selected programs
• You will be responsible for administration with external providers, including contracting, ordering and invoice management
• You will support the coordination of talent management processes such as 360° feedback, development assessments and talent reviews
• You will be responsible for providing and updating the central pool of trainers, coaches and agencies
• You continuously support the optimization of L&D processes in the Europe region

 

How you convince us:

• You have successfully completed a university degree or an apprenticeship with relevant professional experience
• Ideally, you already have some experience in a manufacturing environment
• You have very good user knowledge of MS Office programs
• You are characterized by a high level of service orientation and proactivity
• You are a team player but also able to work independently
• You feel comfortable working in an international environment
• Fluency in English completes your profile
