As HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's success through strategic HR planning and execution. Your mission includes providing top-notch HR services, contributing to organizational performance, and fostering a positive work culture. This position involves managing complex employee relations, aligning staff with business objectives, and implementing strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align staff to business objectives and enhance recruitment efforts.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to the business's management personnel.
• Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business strategy.
• Manage HR staff and oversee orientation and onboarding processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and the HR Department.
• Consult with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Strengthen the organizational climate through the implementation of policies and procedures.
• Participate in defining and implementing the HR Department's strategic plan and budget.
• Lead the local HR team with open, honest, and transparent communication.
• Manage business partnerships with payroll suppliers and recruitment agencies.
• Implement the EMEA HR strategy for recruitment and personnel administration.
• Lead the local HR team with an inclusive leadership style.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Hungarian
  
• Proven experience in HR management and strategic planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to align HR practices with business objectives.
• Knowledge of current HR issues and trends.
