Product Manager – Ads Platform (Creative)

The Ads Platform team is responsible for the business-facing solutions within TikTok for Business ecosystem. As the window of TikTok's business services, we build tools and solutions to enable and inspire clients effortlessly connecting with audiences and maximizing brand potential.



We’re hiring a Product Manager to join the Creative Platform team within TikTok Ads. This role focuses on building scalable, intuitive creative tools to improve the volume and quality of ad creatives across performance-driven verticals such as Commerce, Gaming, and App Ads.



You’ll help shape core advertiser experiences, working closely with XFN teams to deliver high-impact product solutions that enable advertisers to produce more effective creatives, faster.



Responsibilities:

-Own the strategy and roadmap for creative experiences in TikTok Ads Manager, with a focus on scaling creative supply and improving creative effectiveness.

-Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business teams to build end-to-end ad creation workflows that balance platform consistency with vertical-specific needs.

-Abstract diverse advertiser requirements into clear product goals, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.

-Use data, user feedback, and market insights to prioritize features and guide product iterations.

-Define and track key metrics such as creation volume, success rate, and engagement lift, driving measurable improvements in creative outcomes.

-Partner with internal platform and infra teams to ensure product foundations are extensible and future-proof.
