Job Description
EVERSANA data & analytics (D&A) practice is growing rapidly. We are actively looking for an Associate Principal level candidate to help support the rapid growth and expansion of the commercial analytics vertical. This position will be responsible for successful delivery of client programs for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and/or healthcare clients. The Associate Principal is responsible for coordinating efforts between customers, operations, medical and analytics teams and to enhance existing services business operations to generate new lines of business through custom data deliverables, consulting practices and new product development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leadership of commercial analytics engagement teams and client relationships
- Plan, organize and lead engagement teams to develop logical and insightful analyses; innovative and effective recommendations.
- Deliver well-structured, high-quality deliverables to realize high levels of client satisfaction
- Take an active role in business development, building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities with clients
- Lead development of proposals for new projects / commercial opportunities in partnership with Principals and/or Senior Principals
- Hire, coach and develop staff members
- Play an active role in data & analytics practice development and develop practice level intellectual capital
- Take responsibility in development and management of external relationships (e.g., client, vendors, external experts)
- Recruit new team members; manage and coach junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner to colleagues
- Develop broader and deeper knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through on the job exposure and formal training
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
- All other duties as assigned.
EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
- Travel (10%)
- Hours (40 Hours per week, 5 days per week)
Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Education: Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration.
Experience and/or Training
- 9+ years of overall work experience with at least 5+ years of proven experience in applying data & analytics services in in life sciences (required)
- Established network of contacts and referrals with the life sciences industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success in leadership, planning and execution of data & analytics engagements to life sciences companies—or in the healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems.
