Logistics Analytics Manager

Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards pertaining to the Operations and Profitability of the business
• Compile modeling for high growth geographies and potential expansion strategies
• Institute a data driven cost-to-serve approach to current and new business opportunities
• Support Operations, In-Plant, Rail and business units
• Compile monthly metrics into PowerPoint presentation form to be used in Executive briefs
• Ad-hoc report creation as needed
• Transition Excel based reporting to dashboard based
• Utilize industry knowledge to drive reporting to support continuous improvement
• Oversight of 6Q reporting and tracking process
• Creating and maintenance of an Analytics Hub hosted on SharePoint
• Track relevant data points for all real estate transactions and Warehouse information

Requirements

Requirements and Skills:

• Industry knowledge of Warehousing (Chemical sector preferred)
• In-depth experience in Excel (formulas and macros)
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn dashboard creation (Tableau/Power BI/etc.)
• Ability to turn data into action
• 4-year degree or relevant experience
• Strong intellectual curiosity
• Ability to collaborate across business units
