Job Details: The Human Resources and Security Generalist will provide comprehensive support to the Director of Human Resources and Security.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Onboarding and Out-processing of employees.
• Benefit Administration.
• Manage employee data in UKG and Costpoint.
• Employment Verification Requests.
• Visit Requests, CACs, CAC Renewals and Badges.
• Foreign Travel
• Clearances
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Top Secret DoD Clearance
• Experience with UKG, DISS, NBIS, SWFT, NCAISS, and ACCS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Deltek Costpoint systems.
• Proficient with Sharepoint.
• Excellent time management, communication, self-motivation, organizational skills, and proactive thinking.
• Able to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems/issues by using judgment that is consistent with company policies, procedures, or government law.
