Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.</p><p></p><p>Genesys is looking for a<b> Senior HRIS Analyst</b> who will support our Workday environment. In this role you will be working on<b> system configuration, general system and data maintenance activities</b>, and <b>developing processes to maintain data integrity</b>. In addition, this role will have a specialized area of <b>focus in global Time Tracking and Absence.</b> The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders in all parts of the company, but particularly with the IT and global HR Teams; bridging the gaps between the business and technology.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll do in this role:</b> </p><ul><li><p>Function as an internal “super user” of HR systems</p></li><li><p>Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for other members of the HR team, providing guidance and support for day-to-day operations</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement related processes and procedures, including those for data entry, data flow, and exchanges with other computer systems</p></li><li><p>Configure Workday modules (Absence and Time Tracking), related business processes, and establish appropriate security roles to meet evolving business needs</p></li><li><p>Ensure configured processes and integrations advance and maintain the integrity of employee data across HR systems and across the business</p></li><li><p>Interface with IT personnel on system projects and initiatives and coordinate with HR management</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with HRIS colleagues, IT, and external vendors as needed</p></li><li><p>Monitor and maintain data integrity, including performing audits and resolving discrepancies</p></li><li><p>Manage confidentiality of data by following established <span>security/confidentiality</span> standards</p></li><li><p>Prepare and conduct testing for implementing new functionality and enhancements; collaborating with stakeholders to review and develop test specifications</p></li><li><p>Participate in the planning and testing of regular system upgrades and patches</p></li><li><p>Research automation options within existing or new systems and presents management with recommendations</p></li><li><p>Create procedural documentation, including training materials or process documentation</p></li></ul><p><br/> <b>What you need to be successful in this role:</b> </p><ul><li><p>Five+ years of prior experience working as a Sr. HRIS analyst or equivalent, with advanced experience in Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules. Prior implementation experience is highly desired</p></li><li><p>Experience of working for a global company and familiarity with a wide range of differing legislative requirements in the Time and Absence modules of Workday</p></li><li><p>Thorough understanding of SOX compliance and audit requirements related to HRIS functions</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to learn on the fly and maintain composure in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment</p></li><li><p>Strong team orientation and collaborative style</p></li><li><p>Excellent process management, planning, and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Resilient, and determined to ensure projects and deliverables are achieved</p></li><li><p>A commitment to excellence, and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>English Excellent oral and written communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to effectively communicate highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical personnel in a diverse and multi-lingual company</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of human resources business processes, the automation of such processes, and their role in the overall financial controls of a publicly traded company</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to work professionally; to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive situations with tact</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently with general direction</p></li><li><p>Possess a proactive enthusiasm for solving problems and adding value to the company</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-MC1</p><p></p><p>If a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.</p><p></p><p><b>About Genesys:</b></p><p>Genesys empowers more than 8,000 organizations in over 100 countries to improve loyalty and b
