Senior Business Analyst - Sales Incentives

<p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Description:</b></p><p></p><p><b>The Impact You’ll Make in this Role</b><br/>As a <b>Senior Business Analyst for Sales Incentive Planning</b> process within the Integrated Business Operations function, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:</p><ul><li><p>Coaching and assisting the regional Business managers with the creation of Sales Incentive Plans that drive the right selling behavior</p></li><li><p>Ensuring full alignment with the Global SIP governance framework and the SIP calendar</p></li><li><p>Planning, developing and implementing the Business Group/Division Sales Incentive Plans</p></li><li><p>Constantly optimizing Sales Incentive Plans</p></li><li><p>Providing operational support and issue resolution</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your Skills and Expertise  </b><br/>To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in SIP design, management and execution.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of SAP as ERP solution and SalesForce.com.</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel skills required.</p></li><li><p>Fluent written and spoken English.</p></li><li><p>Relevant Business experience including growth strategies and programs.</p></li><li><p>Experience in managing regional programs and centralized operations.</p></li><li><p>Effective use of Reporting and Analytics to tell a story, track progress and action plan.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage highly sensitive information confidentially.</p></li><li><p>Prior experience in sales, marketing or support function roles.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:</p><ul><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong customer service orientation to effectively answer inquiries from stakeholders and act as subject matter expert regarding sales incentive compensation.</p></li><li><p>Strong <span>interpersonal/teamwork</span> skills to build effective working relationships</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Please attach your CV in English.</b></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Supporting Your Well-being</b></p><p>3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
