Monthly, semi-annual and annual consolidation/reporting processes:</p><ul><li>Participation in the production of the Group's monthly, semi-annual and annual consolidated accounts in accordance with IFRS standards and support for the accounting teams in submitting their reports;</li><li>Participation in the organization of the process for publishing annual accounts, financial sections of the reference document, and audit committee slides in close collaboration with the team manager;</li><li>Coordination and supervision of the process of identifying and valuing deferred taxes (IAS12) in close collaboration with operational divisions, accountants, and tax services; Monitoring and analysis of current and deferred taxes by country, reconciliation of tax charges and tax balance sheet. Responsible for related synthesis elements in the annual report and audit committee slides;</li><li>Coordination and supervision of the Pension process (IAS19): instructions, coordination with actuaries and subsidiaries, ensuring correct accounting in the accounts and responsible for related synthesis elements in the annual report and audit committee slides;</li><li>Monitoring of Group and subsidiary restructuring plans in compliance with IFRS standards;</li><li>Monitoring of risk and litigation provisions in collaboration with legal and financial teams; One of the privileged contacts of the Auditors in the context of their interventions on consolidated accounts.</li></ul><p>2. Structural operations:</p><ul><li>Assistance to subsidiaries in the post-acquisition process (purchase price allocation - IFRS3); Monitoring of legal entity restructuring operations (mergers, liquidations, divestitures) on IFRS, statutory and tax issues;</li><li>Participation in various cross-functional projects in support of the finance department.</li></ul><p>3. Normative watch:</p><ul><li>Assistance to subsidiaries in the implementation of new IFRS standards: assessment of impacts and management of transitions;</li><li>Assistance to the business on normative and accounting aspects of certain specific and/or significant contracts;</li><li>Organization and facilitation of training sessions for subsidiaries and new arrivals (consolidation process and standards).</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>Higher education in finance and accounting (ESC or equivalent),</p></li><li><p>More than 4 years of experience in Consolidation/Reporting, within an auditing firm or an international group;</p></li><li><p>Strong technical knowledge in accounting (statutory and IFRS) and consolidation techniques;</p></li><li><p>Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of SAP BFC desired;</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and independent working skills, curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and dynamism; Enjoy working in a team environment;</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical and synthesis skills;</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to adapt to various stakeholders.</p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>English mandatory</p>
