Royal Caribbean Group’s Human Resources Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Manager, Newbuild Talent Programs reporting to the Sr. Director, Teaming & Org Ef.

 

Position Summary

The Manager, Newbuild Talent Programs drives initiatives within the New Build Organization and other shared services organizations around team effectiveness, leadership development, manager development, succession planning, performance management, and upskilling. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HRBP’s to design, implement and measure talent and leadership solutions and programs.
  • Design of training, learning, and leadership solutions, specifically for organization
  • Implementation of talent assessment programs for senior leadership team(s), including working with tools such as DiSC, Insights, Hogan, and others.
  • Support of annual performance management process, optimizing process and discussions.
  • Support of talent review process, including development planning and ongoing follow up for senior executives.  Make recommendations for development and ongoing growth.
  • Ongoing coaching and development of team members
  • Provide performance and leadership feedback to Shared Services team members and leaders
  • Facilitation of custom and standard learning and leadership programs.
  • Facilitation of team effectiveness sessions and programs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to tailor programs to unique needs of New Build Organization
  • Build and implement programs on specific skills prioritized by Shared Services organization.
  • Use data to analyze information and generate insights as related to talent and leadership
  • Use of online learning platforms to help people access training and upskilling on prioritized skills.
  • Measure and report on impact metrics of Shared Services learning and leadership programs.

 

 

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in I/O Psychology, Org Behavior, Team Dynamics/facilitation and Coaching
  • BA or MA in Org Effectiveness, Org Behavior, Instructional Design, IO Psychology, Org Development
  • Experience with Instructional Design methods and tools
  • Group facilitation and team dynamics
  • Assessment interpretation and debriefing, both group and individual.
