This position is responsible for providing a comprehensive HR partnership for the PTx business in North & South America. This individual will work closely with business leadership by providing HR expertise and acting as a strategic partner on all key HR initiatives, employee relations, and employee/leadership development activities for PTx. This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of the HR strategy for PTx and reports to the Global HR Director of PTx.

 

Your Impact

Strategic Leadership  

  • Provide ongoing coaching and consultation to people leaders. 
  • Collaborate with a team of HR professionals that support the business. 
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to HR support the company's overall operational and financial goals. 

Business Partnering  

  • Act as a business partner to the PTx functional leadership team and global business in the areas of marketing, operations, and manufacturing & supply chain. 
  • Ensure effective leadership and operational excellence of all basic HR processes, including performance, incentive, and talent reviews/succession planning.  

Change Management  

  • Support organizational change initiatives, including M&A, joint ventures, carveouts, and restructuring projects where necessary. 
  • Support leadership in cultivating our company culture.  
  • Use the Voices survey, roundtable discussions, town halls, and other tools to gauge employee reactions to the change, gain an understanding of the reasons for resistance, and address these concerns proactively. 

Talent Management and Employee Development  

  • Implement AGCOs talent management strategy to ensure retention, recruitment, and development of top talent. 
  • Create strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, ensuring that the workforce reflects a broad range of perspectives and backgrounds. 
  • Promote a culture of regular, constructive feedback, both formal and informal, to help employees improve and grow in their roles. 

Strategic Workforce Planning  

  • Assess future business needs based on PTx goals, growth plans, and market trends to determine the skills and roles required for the current and future organizational structure 
  • Create and maintain succession plans for key leadership and mission-critical roles.  
  • Analyze key workforce data, such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, employee engagement scores, and talent pipeline health. 

HR Compliance  

  • Ensure the PTx global business adheres to all labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance standards. 
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address those risks. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience; 7+ years of Human Resources experience. 
  • Experience coaching and providing leadership development across multiple levels.
