Title and Summary

Senior Physical Security Analyst

• Manages Security Control Center Coordinators and contract security operations
• Manages and administers physical security functions for company facilities to ensure the safety; security and protection of MasterCard employees and asset
• Recognizes potential and realized security threats and takes reasonable action to mitigate risk or injuries to personnel and or property
• Provides MasterCard Corporate Security Standard Operating Guidelines to contract security supervisors and follows-up to ensure adherence
• Manages Security Control Center (SCC) Coordinators by delegating department projects; tasks and assignments
• Manages SCC staff schedules to ensure proper coverage at all times
• Trains and supervises SCC Coordinators with respect to the execution of established physical security policies, programs and procedures
• Recommends the development and implementation of physical security policies, programs and procedures
• Ensures initiatives align with department goals, and processes/procedures are maintained to meet service and quality standards
• Coordinates and administers uniformed security agency contract (i.e act as point of contact with on site vendor management)
• Plans and schedules uniformed security manpower resources for special events
• Acts as point of contact for local emergency service, law enforcement agencies and internal MasterCard departments
• Manages and administers emergency planning/response and incident management/reporting programs
• Develops audit controls to monitor performance of contract security personnel
• Audits security contract vendor functions for compliance with service level agreement
• Reviews and resolves Incident Reports
• Responsible for Global Access Control Badge Production

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
