  • Future Forward – we build a three-year roadmap of Technology needs. This is done in unison with our product and company roadmaps to ensure our technology choices drive and accelerate change across the business. • Developer Experience – we prioritize the developer experience and ensure our processes, tooling, and infrastructure choices are based on the experience of the developer. Developers feel supported and empowered to build. Our developer satisfaction is of the highest in the industry.
  • Tooling and Competencies – we proactively identify the necessary tooling and engineering competencies to keep pace with evolution, innovation, and our future product roadmaps. Furthermore, once identified, we systematically and aggressively incorporate them into our toolset and knowledge base.
  •  Innovative – we prefer to be early when evaluating new technologies. More specifically, we continually monitor, test, evaluate, and communicate the changes in technology, such as AI, alongside a robust strategy to maximize the value to Spreetail.
  • Infrastructure – we have a three-year infrastructure roadmap to ensure we’re taking advantage of evolutions in infrastructure while minimizing costs. Infrastructure and the access to it is driven by the empowerment of team and extreme visibility and ownership of cost.
  • Resiliency – we have a tested high-availability and disaster-recovery strategy across all production environments appropriately built based on the needs of the business and product.
