Let us know if you’ll require assistance during the application process.</p><p><strong>What’s your role:</strong><br/></p> <p>Our <strong>WMS Consultant</strong>is expected to act as a counsellor to our customers for :</p> <ul> <li>Solutioning technical design of our customers’ requests</li> <li>Developing complex enhancements to our existing platforms</li> <li>Investigating issues and fixing errors</li> <li>Delivering successful implementation projects</li> </ul> <p><strong>Day-to-day you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>You collaborate analyze and collaborate with developers, programmers, and designers in identifying the core source of systems issues and for the appropriate solution possibilities</li> <li>Configure, maintain, and support existing installations of our WMS software solutions.</li> <li>You research, identify, analyze, and fulfill requirements of all program users.</li> <li>You liaise with customers to identify the source of issues</li> <li>You conduct research issues as they relate to software products, languages, databases, and system data to identify and resolve issues</li> <li>You recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades</li> <li>You monitor and test fixes to ensure problems have been resolved for reported issues</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>To Qualify you have:</strong></p><ul> <li>You have a BS/BA, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent degree </li> <li>You understand WMS and operational best practices.</li> <li>Experience with business software for operations (ERP, WMS, TMS, MES) </li> <li>Excellent written and spoken Korean and English (knowledge of French will be considered an asset)</li> </ul> <p><strong>We’re looking for candidates who have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Interest in supply chain management, logistics and distribution operations</li> <li>Strong leadership to promote and foster technical growth among the junior colleagues</li> <li>Ability to work well under pressure within a team</li> <li>Ability to determine project requirements</li> <li>Strong problem-solving capabilities</li> <li>Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Attention to detail and quality</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously with limited guidance</li> <li>Comfort working independently in an ambiguous environment with pressing deadlines</li> <li>Valid Driver’s license</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Salary depending on experience;</li> <li>Paid vacation;</li> <li>Annual bonus;</li> <li>Outstanding culture including collaboration with colleagues across six corporate offices.</li> </ul> <p>Join our fast-growing consulting firm and quickly gain valuable experience.
