Salesforce Experience Cloud UI/UX Architect - REMOTE

We currently have a career opportunity for a Salesforce Experience Cloud UI/UX Architect to join our Salesforce team. This is a remote position, and candidates can live anywhere in the US but must be willing to work eastern standard hours. 

Job Overview: 
 

You will lead the client through user experience and user interface design processes. Also, you will own the solution architecture and related backlog items. You will be the key point of communication for the client and communicate solution architecture to the development team

This role is considered part of the Business Unit Senior Leadership team and may mentor delivery team members.

• Own and drive specific areas of technology architecture.
• Lead the solution architecture for a Salesforce Experience Cloud site.
• Create and own all the designs and the design processes.
• Ability to develop the front-end within Salesforce Experience Cloud based on the designs you've created.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
• Engage with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs.

• Must have completed projects in Salesforce Experience Cloud
• 5+ years of User interface and User Experience Design
• Experience with Figma and/or Adobe XD
• Experience with leading User Experience and User Interface design process as a consultant
• Experience with Salesforce (sales, service, or other)
• Salesforce certifications preferred
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience architecting solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with client (business), and development means
• Ability to develop front-end within Salesforce Experience Cloud based on designs you've created.
• Ability to do declarative development within Salesforce.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $81,978 to $178,090 Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
