We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Controller to join the ROS (Radiation Oncology Solutions) BPC (business performance controlling) team. In this role you will lead and coordinate the ROS 5-year strategic financial planning process as well as drive key financial controlling initiatives, maintain financial system integrity, ensure reporting accuracy, and oversee the order backlog management process. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across functions. This position will also include a partial mentorship and oversight role for a junior team member.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Planning
  • Lead the development, consolidation, and presentation of the company’s fiscal budget process & 5-year financial long-range plan.
  • Collaborate with business units and executive leadership to gather inputs and translate them into financial forecasts.
  • Guide regional finance teams throughout the planning cycle, including providing templates, tools, and currency/FX guidance.
• Controlling and Financial Steering
  • Steer complex financial controlling topics such as cost allocation models, margin optimization, and variance analysis.
  • Design and implement financial KPIs to support business decision-making.
• Reporting & System Integrity
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting diligence in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
  • Maintain the integrity of financial systems (e.g., SAP, HOP, Jedox) and support digitalization initiatives within controlling.
  • Proactively collaborate with the Jedox team to drive system improvements and automation.
  • Develop comprehensive system expertise to streamline reporting and data validation.

• Order Backlog Management
  • Oversee and improve the end-to-end order backlog process in coordination with operations, accounting and sales teams.
  • Analyze backlog trends and their financial impact to inform planning and resource allocation.
  • Hold regular status update meeting with executive management
• Team Collaboration and Supervision
  • Provide guidance and support to a junior associate on the team.
  • Review deliverables, assign tasks, and support their professional development.
• Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree – Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 8 or more years of experience supporting budget process cycle

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $120,700 - Max $181,000

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
