Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Planning
- Lead the development, consolidation, and presentation of the company’s fiscal budget process & 5-year financial long-range plan.
- Collaborate with business units and executive leadership to gather inputs and translate them into financial forecasts.
- Guide regional finance teams throughout the planning cycle, including providing templates, tools, and currency/FX guidance.
- Controlling and Financial Steering
- Steer complex financial controlling topics such as cost allocation models, margin optimization, and variance analysis.
- Design and implement financial KPIs to support business decision-making.
- Reporting & System Integrity
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting diligence in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
- Maintain the integrity of financial systems (e.g., SAP, HOP, Jedox) and support digitalization initiatives within controlling.
- Proactively collaborate with the Jedox team to drive system improvements and automation.
- Develop comprehensive system expertise to streamline reporting and data validation.
- Order Backlog Management
- Oversee and improve the end-to-end order backlog process in coordination with operations, accounting and sales teams.
- Analyze backlog trends and their financial impact to inform planning and resource allocation.
- Hold regular status update meeting with executive management
- Team Collaboration and Supervision
- Provide guidance and support to a junior associate on the team.
- Review deliverables, assign tasks, and support their professional development.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree – Finance, Accounting or related field
- 8 or more years of experience supporting budget process cycle

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $120,700 - Max $181,000Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
