Job Description

Stream Realty Partners, L.P. is seeking a Senior Workplace Strategist to work with Stream’s Occupier Services Group clients on a National basis.  The Occupier Services Group is responsible for assisting Stream’s corporate clients and users of real estate with developing and implementing real estate solutions that complement the client’s overall operations and business objectives. This position will be the primary support to the team and will be an integral part of the sales strategy and client servicing for the group. The role will provide exposure to all components of corporate real estate decision-making and management. We must have a clear communicator who is highly organized with effective time management skills. A willingness to learn and adapt is critical, and the role demands the highest standards of behavior and a collaborative work ethic.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide detailed analysis and workplace design for tenant’s evaluating their long-term occupancy strategy. This includes CAD drawings, space programs, test-fits, benchmarking data and occupancy models.
• Research market trends and develop a benchmarking database of best-in-class workplace strategies
• Work with National Occupier Services advisors and brokers to develop comprehensive solutions for clients
• Client interface in both the sales and transaction process
• Participate in the vendor selection process for transaction services required outside of the technical skillsets provided by the Senior Workplace Strategist
• Assisting with the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials
• Developing relationships in the real estate industry for the furtherance of the platform.

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in analytical field (data science, engineering, mathematics, finance, etc.)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in office workplace design + strategy at an architecture, real estate or management consulting firm preferred
• MBA preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Ability to create CAD drawings, space programs and 3-D space models
• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to interface with both clients and internal stakeholders in sales oriented environments
• Must handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be proactive, confident, and a self-starter
