Sr. Intake Manager

Description

We are looking for a Sr. Intake Manager who is passionate about upholding our mission, standards, and philosophy. This role will oversee the intake and admissions process to ensure seamless, timely, and compassionate onboarding of patients into hospice care. This position leverages referral management expertise to guide the central intake team, maintain compliance, and foster collaboration with referral sources. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

 QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or related field (preferred). 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice, palliative care, or a related healthcare setting.   
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in an admissions or intake environment.   
• Proficiency in healthcare technology systems (e.g., EMR, CRM) and data reporting tools.   
• In-depth knowledge of hospice regulations, eligibility criteria, and reimbursement guidelines.
