About the Team
As a core member of our Senior Leadership team, you’ll partner with accomplished professionals across offices in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Boise, Idaho, Atlanta, Georgia, and the Caribbean to grow and lead a robust servicing organization of approximately 100-300 associates.
Your Role
- Lead, coach and develop a team of direct reports
- Optimize the execution of servicing processes
- Evaluate and make recommendations related to organizational structure, talent assessment, staffing levels, process flows and technology needs
- Design and implement processes to improve business performance, compliance, customer experience and associate experience.
- Shape a strategic vision for the servicing organization for optimal operational performance, under the framework of innovation and continuous improvement
- Develop forward thinking staffing models based on growth projections, domestic and offshore staffing ratios, and an evolving lending climate
Qualifications
- 10-15+ years leading large teams within rapidly evolving organizations
- P & L responsibility of $5-10MM
- Bachelor's Degree in a field related to industry or equivalent experience
- C-level communication and presentation experience
- Previous Audit and Compliance experience
- Excellent analytical abilities with experience interpreting data
