The Senior Business Analyst will be working as part of a highly functioning team to align technology solutions with business strategies. Specifically, an acquisition of a trust company that currently uses FIS TrustDesk in addition to other software products. This acquired company’s environments will need to be reviewed to determine how best to integrate into Commerce Trust’s existing environments. The BA will act as a liaison between the business to define, build/alter, and internally test the solutions/processes. Lastly, the project deliverables must be documented, implemented and trained across all Commerce Trust. This individual will act as the Business Analyst and the Product Owner while also helping to pioneer this change.
