GlobalFoundries is seeking a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Corporate Functions. This position is ideal for an HR professional with 7+ years of experience who is ready to take on broader responsibilities and partner closely with senior leaders on people strategies that accelerate business performance.
The successful candidate will bring a strong foundation in HR business partnership and be passionate about driving organizational impact through talent, leadership, and culture. Essential Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership: Serve as a proactive advisor to corporate function leaders, translating business objectives into HR strategies.
- Talent Development: Support workforce and succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential talent programs.
- Organizational Effectiveness: Contribute to initiatives that enhance team effectiveness, org design, and operating model alignment.
- Change Enablement: Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to support change management efforts aligned to digital and business transformation goals.
- Employee Experience: Promote a culture of performance, inclusion, and continuous improvement; support engagement strategies and action planning.
- HR Program Delivery: Collaborate across HR centers of excellence (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, L&D) to ensure consistent program execution.
- Data-Driven Insight: Leverage people analytics and dashboards to support decision-making and identify trends and opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with experience supporting corporate or functional teams in a complex organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence leaders through strong business understanding and relationship-building.
- Experience with organizational change, performance management, or talent development initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Global mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
