Job Description

  • Maintaining track of GPMS system errors and ensuring correct data is collected.
  • Submitting Zendesk tickets anytime system errors are identified in system.
  • Verifying submitted Zendesk tickets corrections have been made correctly and completed.
  • Consistently running GPMS reports to ensure accurate information is being recorded.
  • Tracking and completion of task in GPMS that involves monitoring past due, due soon, upcoming, and escalated task assignments. 
  • Submitting data that is requested in GPMS notification tab.
  • Collection of data that includes safety monitoring, Host Agency Outreach, safety consultation and onboarding CSA placement.
  • Submitting data collected from safety monitoring and onboarding CSA placements into GPMS System. Ensuring its accurate and corresponds with data collected.
  • Reviewing participant actions consistently to ensure all required task are completed.
  • Monitoring escalated task actions in GPMS and ensure completion.
  • Inputting required participant actions in GPMS.
  • Transferring hard copies into internal WORCS online system that corresponds to internal GPMS system.
  • Verifying all data collection corresponds with GPMS system and internal WORCS system.
  • Monitors and maintains SCSEP equipment, including but not limited to laptops and tablets, to ensure functionality of devices and network connections.
  • Provides technical assistance regarding all network devices, throughout the project including troubleshooting, configuring, installing, documenting.
  • Utilizes network management tools to monitor and maintain data validation and performance in GPMS
  • Isolates and resolves GPMS network-related problems.
  • Researches new potential solutions to solve internal GPMS problems  to optimize functionality.
  • Conducts appropriate risk analysis before making decisions related to technology and infrastructure.
  • Manages internal GPMS Network Services projects.
  • Proactive in identifying problems and takes necessary steps or implements procedures to resolve problems before they become larger and more critical.
  • Working with clients, as a case manager  to support participant needs, barriers employment goals and advancing technology skills.
  • Assessing clients’ goals, barriers and writing an Individualized Employment Plan and ensuring data collected is inputted in participant GPMS file.
  • Coordinating and delivering client-centered case management that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, and equitable followed by case noting interactions in WORCS/GPMS.
  • Perform other tasked as assigned.  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field or equivalent to a minimum of three years of experience in Information Technology pertaining to networking technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong management and organizational skills; ability to work across all levels of management and staff
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision and independently
