As a Senior Market Manager, you are responsible for leading a team that overseas the account management of our hotel partnerships. You will support the attainment of KPI related goals by developing and nurturing strong partner relationships within your assigned territory.<br/><strong>In this Role, you’ll get to</strong><ul><li>Lead a team of Account Managers in your assigned region.</li><li>Master and champion, the execution of business strategies to exceed key targets, goals, and objectives set.</li><li>Effectively handle working relationships, team productivity and morale.</li><li>Endlessly train, coach and develop your direct reports to improve effectiveness and team productivity, building the skills and abilities of your team.</li><li>Develop and implement effective and sustainable solutions to improve operational efficiencies for the wider organisation.</li><li>Effectively collaborate with other internal departments to drive transformation.</li><li>Directly manage a small number of key accounts within your assigned region.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners by providing data insights and implementing strategies to increase their market share and revenue opportunities.</li><li>Represent Trip.com Group within the local market, building the company's profile with key stakeholders, and providing an exceptional level of market knowledge to the industry.</li><li>Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.</li></ul><strong>What you'll Need to Succeed</strong><br/>To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to bring the following:<p><strong>A Seasoned Leader</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience in team leadership within a sales or account management environment. Preferably within the hospitality, tourism, or e-commerce industry.</li><li>Ability to motivate, coach and mentor a diverse team.</li><li>Proven ability to successfully lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced working environment.</li><li>Proven ability to coach team members in behaviours that improve personal effectiveness.</li><li>Authentic relationship builder with a sound ability to earn the tr
