Senior Business Systems Manager (Acumatica)

The successful candidate will manage and support Acumatica ERP system. The individual will build and maintain positive relationship between our team and business user community, and execute various implementation, customization, software development and integration projects, ensuring their timely delivery.</p> <p>The ideal candidate for this position will not only possess the required skills, knowledge and hands-on experience, but will also possess positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. This person must have exceptional prioritization and time management skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with different levels of the organization. We need someone who is hands-on, dependable, results-oriented and can multi-task with the utmost urgency and commitment. And just like every position at Acronis, this person should embody all of our company values: responsive, alert, detail-oriented, makes decisions, and never gives up.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Continually support and improve Acumatica ERP system</li> <li>Take ownership of Acumatica helpdesk, supporting Acumatica users</li> <li>Design and develop new Acumatica customizations; troubleshoot and maintain existing customizations</li> <li>Implement and maintain system health and performance monitoring, to ensure high levels of performance and availability</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of Acumatica experience as functional or implementation consultant</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field</li> <li>Good accounting background including ability to intelligently discuss accounting-related topics</li> <li>Acumatica customization/programming experience is a plus</li> <li>DB developer experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus</li> <li>Fluent in English</li> </ul> <p>*Please submit your resume and application in English</p> <p><strong>WHO WE ARE</strong></p> <p>Acronis is revolutionizing cyber protection by unifying backup, disaster recovery, storage, next-generation anti-malware, and protection management into one solution.
