Our mission is to attract and hire the next generation of Celonis talent by implementing innovative recruitment strategies and fostering strong relationships with academic institutions and industry partners. As experts in candidate experience, we are dedicated to shaping a diverse and dynamic workforce that drives Celonis forward.</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in our EPH team, you will work closely with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to design and execute strategic recruiting and employer branding initiatives on a global scale. Your responsibilities will encompass to engage in university partnerships, career fairs, and collaborative projects to build a strong pipeline of early career talent for Celonis.</p> <p><strong>The Work You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p><strong>University Relations &amp; Events:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop a global campus strategy with universities and academic institutions based on Celonis hiring focus. </li> <li>Cultivate strong relationships with universities and academic institutions on a global level, driving partnerships that enhance Celonis' presence on campus.</li> <li>Represent Celonis at career fairs, workshops, and industry events to attract high-potential candidates.</li> <li>Collaborate on conversion programs, internships, and other early talent initiatives to build a pipeline of future Celonis employees.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner with internal stakeholders, including HR, Compensation &amp; Benefits, and business unit leaders, to align recruitment efforts with Celonis' strategic goals.</li> <li>Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions and improve talent acquisition strategies.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Qualifications You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in building and maintaining university partnerships, attending career fairs, and organizing recruitment events.</li> <li>Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on early professional hiring, campus recruitment, or similar areas.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for engaging with colleagues, candidates, and external partners.</li> <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li> <li>Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.</li> <li>Fluency in German and English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.</li> </ul><p><strong>What Celonis Can Offer You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The unique opportunity to work with industry-leading process mining technology</li> <li>Investment in your personal growth and skill development (clear career paths, internal mobility opportunities, L&amp;D platform, mentorships, and more)</li> <li>Great compensation and benefits packages (equity (restricted stock units), life insurance, time off, generous leave for new parents from day one, and more).
