Work You'll Do

As a UKG Pro WFM Integration Lead, you will:

• Lead technical requirements for design assessment, recommendations, and QA with a focus on integrations
• Be responsible for major technical process areas and develop a deep understanding of the specific software product functions to be migrated and their related business processes
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues/requirements for all UKG Pro WFM (including integrations) in order to align with future state Workday requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the UKG Pro/Workday integrations and Boomi, providing insights and solutions for external clients to execute recommended retrofit
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with management to implement changes that enhance user experience and system efficiency

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in a technical support role, specifically with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) solutions
• Knowledge of UKG WFM integration functionalities, configurations, and best practices
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• UKG Workforce Central 8.1 and UKG Pro WFM Certified
• Familiarity with the Boomi integrations
