We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Cards product team.</p> <p>The Cards product is a core pillar of Perk’s T&amp;E SaaS platform. It provides businesses with real-time visibility into spend, streamlines reconciliation, and ensures compliance through robust policy controls. For end users, it removes the burden of using personal funds and waiting for reimbursement—simplifying the entire expense experience.</p> <p>As a Senior Product Manager for the cards product, you will lead the strategy and execution of features that power corporate card issuance, spend controls, reconciliation, and compliance. You’ll identify opportunities to enhance card capabilities within the broader travel and expense ecosystem, working closely with customers, partners, senior stakeholders, and your cross-functional squad. Your work will directly impact how businesses manage spend at scale—driving automation, improving policy adherence, and optimising the user experience for both administrators and end users.</p> <p>You’ll own key areas of the Perk platform, making a direct impact on both admins managing travel, cards and spend, as well as the end users. We need someone who thinks strategically, is focused on execution, and can step into the users shoes to design impactful solutions. If you have experience building high-impact products, thrive on data-driven decision-making, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Dig into Insights:</strong> Use data and user feedback to uncover the biggest opportunities for impact. Share findings with the team and turn them into actionable strategies.</li> <li><strong>Share the Vision:</strong> Clearly communicate the “why” and “where” behind your product areas to keep your team inspired and stakeholders aligned.</li> <li><strong>Define Strategies:</strong> Lay out clear plans for tackling the right problems—explain why they matter, how you’ll solve them, and how success will be measured.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate and Execute:</strong> Work with developers, designers, partners and other functions like Implementation, Sales Engineering, and Account Managers to bring your strategy to life. Deliver value incrementally.</li> <li><strong>Be the Go-To Expert:</strong> Provide answers, create training materials, and ensure product documentation is up-to-date.</li> <li><strong>Empower Your Team:</strong> Lead with a servant-leadership approach, helping the team stay focused, remove distractions, and foster creativity and collaboration.</li> <li><strong>Level Up the Product Function:</strong> Continuously learn and share insights with colleagues to help build a world-class product team.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Experience That Counts:</strong> At least 7 years at a tech company, with at least 5 years as a Product Manager. Experience working on a Card product is a strong plus. Bonus if you have experience in development, design, or business roles (though not a must).</li> <li><strong>A Sharp Eye for UX:</strong> You understand what makes a great user experience and have experience creating customer-facing products that are intuitiv
