OVERALL ROLE PURPOSE

The Financial Restructuring administrator plays a key role in the smooth functionality of the Finance Department of Ayvens.

NPE manages customers with increased risk profiles, who cannot meet their payment obligations. The role is related to the recovery process of the client and contributes to document preparation of legal actions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Role Specific

• Day to day preparation of client documentation related to legal actions
• Participate in Financial and Restructuring assessment creation
• Handling customer queries and complaints by email and telephone, received from several sources and in line with company procedure and timescales.
• Reconciliation of accounts with clients -when and if necessary.

Relationship Management

• Build relationships and develop the trust of the internal and external Customers.

Delivering Great Service

• Maintain a high level of service focus, ensuring Ayvens Style is adopted and supported at all times.
• Keep abreast of market conditions and specific industry and organisational changes.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Accounting will be considered as a plus.
• knowledge of legal terms and procedures will be an asset.
• Very good knowledge of English.
• Excellent written and communication ability.
• Being multitasking and able to prioritize.
• Demonstrates initiative and motivation and acts promptly to get things done.
• Dares to take a stance and express it.
• Co-operates and builds relationships in the immediate work environment.
