Responsibilities

  • Supporting local IT team in daily IT operations and end-user support activities
  • Assisting with the preparation, installation, and configuration of laptops, monitors, docking stations, and other IT equipment
  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Helping maintain IT asset inventory and ensuring data accuracy
  • Assisting in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues under the supervision of experienced IT specialists
  • Supporting documentation updates, process descriptions, and knowledge base articles
  • Participating in IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects
  • Assisting with ServiceNow ticket management and follow-up activities
  • Supporting conference room equipment, printers, and workplace technologies
  • Collaborating with global and local IT teams on various operational tasks and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Student status (preferably, 4th, or 5th year) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Automation, Robotics, or a related field
  • English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written)
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
  • Interest in IT infrastructure, user support, cybersecurity, or enterprise technologies
  • Good communication skills and willingness to work with end users
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with Active Directory concepts
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
  • Knowledge of ITIL concepts or ticketing systems
