Responsibilities
- Supporting local IT team in daily IT operations and end-user support activities
- Assisting with the preparation, installation, and configuration of laptops, monitors, docking stations, and other IT equipment
- Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Helping maintain IT asset inventory and ensuring data accuracy
- Assisting in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues under the supervision of experienced IT specialists
- Supporting documentation updates, process descriptions, and knowledge base articles
- Participating in IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects
- Assisting with ServiceNow ticket management and follow-up activities
- Supporting conference room equipment, printers, and workplace technologies
- Collaborating with global and local IT teams on various operational tasks and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Student status (preferably, 4th, or 5th year) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Automation, Robotics, or a related field
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
- Interest in IT infrastructure, user support, cybersecurity, or enterprise technologies
- Good communication skills and willingness to work with end users
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with Active Directory concepts
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts or ticketing systems
