JOB SUMMARY

Production including bagging, cutting, pasting, assembly, etc. as required filling customer orders. Associate may be assigned to special projects as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Operating power saw and other Cutting tools

· Package and process product for accurate, timely and damage-free arrival

· Operate pallet jack, bagging machines and saws

· Complete paperwork for shipments and production items

· Accurate operation of labor track via scan system

· Maintain a safe work environment

· Adhere to company policies

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS

· Perform duties as assigned by Production Lead, Supervisor or Area Coordinator

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

· Rates and work ethic

· Accuracy of orders completed 

· Production Department and personal organization/cleanliness/safety

· Attendance and punctuality record 

· Number of production units completed 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

· None

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Regular attendance is expected and required.

Requirements

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Relevant experience is preferred

SKILLS (Language, Mathematical, Reasoning, Other)

• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Basic math and writing skills
• Neat, clean and organized about self and company materials
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to stay focused on tasks
• Lifting due to order packaging (up to 50lbs)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time while performing packaging, bagging, or cutting
• High energy level to complete daily work orders per deadlines/schedule. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work requested and/or required overtime
