Federal Reserve Bank of San FranciscoData is at the center of Federal Reserve System operations; we are working to modernize how the FRS manages and uses data. The Common Data Platform (CDP) is an exciting new, Multi-District FRS Program effort led by San Francisco to create a cloud based, end-to-end data management platform. Initially developed in partnership with the Supervision and Regulation business, this system is positioned to become the standard FRS data management platform. The CDP is being developed to move data and data management applications to the cloud to reduce data costs, improve users’ experiences in accessing, generating, analyzing, reporting, and deriving value from data to drive business goals.The CDP program team is comprised of members from System IT organized into delivery teams all working in sync using the Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe) to provide incremental and iterative business value. As the VP of Solution Delivery, you will build a strategy to develop an advanced IT solution delivery portfolio for CDP. You will spearhead agile development activities, operations and leverage relationships. You will be responsible for the application development lifecycle activities to support the S&R CDP priorities, including design, development and implementation of enterprise application releases, used nationally by Reserve Banks and the Board. You will need to partner with program and product managers to ensure the solutions meets the needs of the business. You will also develop and provide briefings to senior management on key delivery metrics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, Business, Change management, Strategic planning; Master's degree preferred; or, equivalent work experience
- Typically has 15 years of professional business/IT management experience and 12+ years of progressive people and business leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team through changing work requirements and priorities, demanding deadlines, operational crisis situations, as well as being able to keep pace with multiple concurrent priorities and develop and implement long term goals and operating plans
- Ability to effectively navigate and achieve results that have cross-functional, cross-district and System impact
- Learning approach geared toward innovation and creativity for applying technology capabilities in new ways, vital for both the delivery of effective technology and business solutions
- Experience in setting strategic direction, being accountable for and delivering strategic objectives, aligning programs with the organization's strategic direction, and focusing on continuous improvement efforts within a complex IT organization
- Strong communication skills, including outstanding presentation and persuasion capabilities, including the ability to effectively convey complex, sensitive issues and communicate to a variety of audiences including technical staff, peers, as well as senior management, and oversight bodies
- Expertise in relationship management and an exemplary ability to manage stakeholder expectations through clear and transparent communications
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with the appropriate level of judgment, discretion, and maturity
- Demonstrates mutual respect, embraces diversity, equity and inclusion, and acts with authenticity
