Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner will play a critical role as the Company builds on its ability to recruit, develop, and retain the talent needed to support our customers now and into the future! 

The Human Resources Business Partner will be a partner to division business leaders while also being comfortable working directly with managers and employees. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, we seek an experienced human resource professional who has a desire to learn our business, excel in the role, and an ability to potentially take on larger roles over time.

The successful individual will be comfortable working with all levels of the organization and have a passion for developing talent. A curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement is a must with the Company as we continually seek to enhance our services and solutions to customers!

Essential Functions

Employee Relations

  • Effectively manage and triage employee relations matters with employees and leaders and ensure a warm hand-off to the appropriate HR functional area
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and positive employee experience
  • Collaborates with and manages intersections between talent acquisition, legal, compensation, training, and corporate communications to drive value added partnerships with the business

Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Assist in developing and executing employee processes, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
  • Facilitates the implementation of change management initiatives and partners with the Director, HR and business leaders to effectively communicate strategies, goals, values and performance expectations to leaders and associates

Workforce Planning

  • In partnership with the Director, HR this person will proactively help the organization prepare for future talent needs by ensuring we have the workforce we need in the future for CTE to succeed. 
  • Understands current staffing gaps as well as future needs and effectively partners with business leaders, talent management and talent acquisition to proactively address them
  • Engages with the talent management team to assist with the development of programs that achieve specific development objectives for associates and leaders

Education and/or Experience

  • 5+ years relevant HR experience with a trend of increasing responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • Prior experience with acquisitions, due diligence, culture/team integration strongly desired
