You will be working with a highly exciting and international customer base.</p> <h2><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Full responsibility for <strong>project management</strong> in the area of banknote processing solutions for our international clients</li> <li>Expansion of <strong>comprehensive customer solutions</strong> with technical concepts that complement our internal portfolio (e.g., cutting and packaging systems)</li> <li>Collaboration with specialists on specifications, system layouts, drawings, process flows, and concept development</li> <li>Independent responsibility for clarifying orders with suppliers of system components to define functions, scope of delivery, and technical and commercial content</li> <li>Preparation of <strong>cost calculations</strong> for the overall concept and all necessary documentation, including risk analyses, EU conformity, etc.</li> <li><strong>Technical leadership</strong> of international project teams as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders</li> <li>Interface and conflict management between internal departments, suppliers, and customers</li> <li>Proactive communication and reporting at all internal levels and within the customer organization to ensure project success, including “lessons learned”</li> <li>Coordination of training sessions, field tests, factory acceptance tests, and site acceptance tests</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your Profile:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Completed technical university degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification</li> <li>Extensive <strong>international experience</strong> in project management of system projects</li> <li>Quick comprehension and ability to recognize complex interrelationships to implement customer requirements</li> <li>High <strong>intercultural competence</strong> and experience in leading international teams</li> <li>Solid understanding of commercial contexts, strong customer orientation, and excellent communication and negotiation skills</li> <li>Independent and structured working style, strong assertiveness, and motivation to develop new solutions</li> <li>Confident use of project management tools</li> <li>Good command of German and excellent English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus</li> <li>Enjoyment of regular international project assignments, including willingness to travel (approx. 30%)</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your Benefits:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Flexible working hours between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., with the option to work remotely or on-site – and even occasionally on a Saturday instead of a weekday</li> <li>Regular, mutual, and appreciative feedback to support your personal development – and we learn from you too</li> <li>Performance-based compensation and employer-funded company pension plan</li> <li>A strong work-life balance, attractive family benefits, and a diverse company health management program</li> </ul> <ul> <li> <p> </p> </li> </ul>   <p> </p><p><span><span><span>$$ We are an equal opportunity employer!
