Job Description

Opportunity

The Supervisor, shelfAdz Delivery oversees and actively participates in the daily work of the ShelfAdz Delivery team, assigns primary and secondary worker support for jobs, and coordinates job rotation and cross-training. The Supervisor, shelfAdz Delivery works with the department manager to define both standard processes useful for providing real-time worker performance feedback and productivity metrics for making meaningful continuous improvement decisions for the department. The Supervisor, shelfAdz Delivery serves as the primary point of contact for Vestcom internal teams on new ShelfAdz© project work, providing answers for questions, problems and requests raised by the client and other Vestcom internal teams. Other responsibilities are to ensure that the client receives only the highest quality of product and services, in a timely manner, and has overall accountability for the management of assigned projects and implementations of new and existing clients. Additional responsibilities include tracking project issues, providing management reporting and issues resolution tracking as well as maintaining cross-functional business expertise within Vestcom. Other responsibilities include project status and communications, while establishing and maintaining relationships with all concerned parties. Supervisor, shelfAdz Delivery work will include support across Retail and CPG clients.

 

►   Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Oversees the ShelfAdz Delivery team and ensures total client satisfaction, through the timely completion of client ShelfAdz campaign requests.
  • Utilizes, prepares and maintains appropriate documentation related to campaign requests.
  • Initiates and answers written internal & external correspondence.
  • Responds to client’s email communications.
  • Interfaces routinely with stakeholders including ShelfAdz© Sales, Delivery, and Product, Client Experience, IT, and other groups as needed in support of ShelfAdz© projects and event campaigns. 
  • Serves as quality champion on behalf of the ShelfAdz Delivery Execution team attending regular enterprise quality meetings.  
  • Serves as the primary project stakeholder on project work related to ShelfAdz© tag/sign changes, new requests and other ShelfAdz© projects.
  • Must be able to provide client service/support to production operators and/or programming staff as needed outside of normal working hours to support 24/7 operations if the ShelfAdz Delivery primary point of contact is unavailable.
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 Section 404.

Qualifications

►   Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or similar field and 3+ years of related business experience and/or training in client service; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Supervisory experience within a customer service department preferred 
  • Must be skilled in effectively utilizing a variety of software programs including: Power Point, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word  
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and other associates required
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions confidently
  • Must be able to plan, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to drive project timelines to completion with cross-funct
