We are seeking a Junior Account Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing team with administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day management of client accounts
Support senior account executives in developing client strategies
Communicate directly with clients to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction
Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to internal teams
Collaborate with various departments to meet client needs and deadlines
Maintain organized records of client communications and project details
Attend meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for client campaigns
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
0–2 years of experience in account management, sales support, or customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
