In this role, you will be responsible for the real-time monitoring and basic remote operations of Nexamp's fleet of distributed solar and battery energy storage assets to ensure safe, reliable and optimized performance 365 days a year. You will identify and triage alarms and events, execute standard troubleshooting protocols and escalate issues to the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">This role is a full time, expected to work 40 hours throughout the week, including weekends &amp; holidays. You will be expected to work a 8 hour shift between the hours of <strong>6am-10pm ET, </strong>which will be determined upon hire.<strong> </strong>This role is full time out of our Lawrence, MA Operations Center. You will report to the Manager, Operations Center.</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you’ll do:&nbsp;</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li>Monitor daily production and operational status of our solar and battery energy storage systems using Nexamp monitoring tools and standard operation procedures (SOPs).</li> <li>Review, acknowledge, analyze, and prioritize alarms and alerts, ensuring timely response to critical events and appropriate escalation to field service, engineering, and other stakeholders.</li> <li>Perform basic remote troubleshooting and control actions within defined SOPs, including independently monitoring and operating assets, and document actions taken in the mon
