Summary:

The Sales Administrator plays an important role by providing support to the Sales Team, communicating with customers daily and working internally to help solve customer concerns and requests.  This person will also provide quotes and process agreements for new customers. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering, responding, and closing out customer calls and emails
• Managing the Sales email and phone line
• Supporting Sales Account Executives and the Regional Sales Manager
• Providing quotes for new and existing customers
• Quoting services for Brokers and continue to build partnerships.
• Working with internal departments to solve customer concerns.
• Organizing and filing paperwork for Sales

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience and Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in email management
• Time Management
• CRM experience is a plus. Candidate will use the CRM tool daily.
• Prioritizing tasks and activities
• Comfortable taking and making phone calls to customers and potential customers.
• Detail oriented
• Solid Waste and recycling experience and/or service-based business experience is a plus.
