A Brief Overview 

The Senior Privacy Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development and ongoing operations of the privacy control framework, collaborating across organizational boundaries, maintaining awareness of emerging privacy trends and requirements, developing communications and training, and accepting complex assignments, analyzing problems, and generating effective solutions to sustain compliance with data privacy requirements. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in TriNet's expanding privacy team and to work on challenging privacy issues in an exciting, fast-paced environment. 

Locations 

United States (Remote) 

What you will do:

· Assist is the development of the privacy control framework, including the identification of process improvements and automation pertaining to security/data privacy controls.

· Participate in developing and implementing action plans to remediate gaps in privacy controls.

· Assist in the monitoring and investigation of operational issues relating to compliance matters.

· Provide privacy guidance and support to various departments.

· Investigate and evaluate the applicability of emerging and changing privacy laws to TriNet’s business and help drive processes to address requirements,

· Evaluate known and potential privacy risks and compliance risks across the Company and its operating units.

· Prepare reporting and metrics.

· Maintain privacy-related notices, policies, standards, guidelines, and processes.

· Develop privacy training and awareness campaigns for various groups within the company.

· Work with other team members to contribute to the development and completion of the program roadmap.

· Responsibilities may vary, and other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.

Education Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Preferred

Experience Qualifications

· 3+ years experience in privacy, legal, regulatory, or compliance role - Required

· Experience in compliance with privacy laws, regulations, frameworks and industry practices - Required

· Experience with OneTrust or other privacy technical solutions is a plus.

Skills and Abilities

· Knowledge of privacy principles

· Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills (oral and written) are required due to the nature of involvement and interaction with colleagues at all levels of the organization

· Experience with SalesForce, ServiceNow, and OneTrust

· Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization · Strong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws

· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

· A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace

· Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
