Director of Acquisition Marketing

We also believe in working smarter—leveraging AI and emerging technologies to move faster, operate more efficiently, and focus our time on solving meaningful problems for our customers.</p> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Director of Acquisition Marketing</strong> to lead the next chapter of Stash’s customer growth.</p> <p>This leader will own the <strong>strategy, performance, and optimization of our acquisition engine</strong>, defining how millions of potential customers discover Stash and begin their investing journey.</p> <p>You’ll lead performance marketing across channels including <strong>paid social, search, affiliate, mobile app platforms, and offline media such as TV and podcasts</strong>, while building a disciplined experimentation engine that improves CAC and drives sustainable depositor growth.</p> <p>This is both a <strong>strategic and hands-on leadership role</strong>.
