Product Lead Assignments (Global Mobility)

Your role in this mission: We're seeking an experienced Product Lead to take our Assignment Module — the most complex, regulated, and highest-value piece of the global mobility puzzle — from a fast-growing product line to a category-defining business unit. Think: founder of a company inside a company.

🎯 What you will do

• Own the full P&L and strategy for the Assignment Module — including pricing, growth, margin, and roadmap.

• Lead a cross-functional international team in a matrix setup, spanning Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Vendor Management.

• Shape the product roadmap alongside Engineering and Design — translating customer pain points, compliance complexity, and market gaps into features that set us apart.

• Drive go-to-market across DACH, Nordics, UKI and beyond — enabling international sales teams to win.

• Scale our vendor ecosystem and deliver on our "everything from one hand" promise for clients.

• Define the vision for what the next generation of assignment management looks like globally.

• Spread the word about our solutions through events, webinars, and marketing — think big.

⭐ What you need to succeed

• Entrepreneurial DNA — you've built things, not just managed them; you move fast, decide with incomplete data, and bring the team with you

• Background in Global Mobility, HR, or Tax/Legal with an active GM-level network you can activate from day one (clients, partners, talent)

• Product sensibility — you know how to interrogate a roadmap, push back on prioritisation, and judge whether a feature solves the real user problem

• Cross-functional leadership — comfortable steering Product, Tech, Sales, and Compliance in parallel

• Background in B2B SaaS scale-ups bonus

• Own expatriate experience — knowing first-hand what it feels like to be transferred abroad bonus
