Launched in 2023, Integrated Services creates and markets new customer experiences by integrating hardware, software and services across Ford Blue, Model e and Ford Pro. These products and services allow Ford's retail and commercial customers to customize their vehicles like never before with OTA (over-the-air)-driven experiences that grow better over time. In this position... 

Ford is looking for a Data Analyst to drive forward the in-vehicle infotainment product team. We are looking for a passionate and strategic Data Analyst who loves to capture and use quantitative and qualitative data to make strategic decisions.

The In-Vehicle Infotainment Product team is responsible for curating and delivering the digital products and experiences that power out customers’ in-vehicle journeys. We’re looking for an IVI Data Analyst to help us shape the future of the HMI, leveraging data and analytics to drive impactful product decisions. The IVI Data Analyst will leverage data and analytics to generate insights that inform which products should be built, how we should optimize those products, and how we should scale those products to help our customers save time, money, and get personal delight from their vehicles. You will present your analyses, plans, and recommendations to senior leadership and connect new ideas to drive change. Analytical ingenuity, business acumen, effective communication capabilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment are critical skills for this role.

What you'll do...

  • Support ad-hoc requests and projects by developing optimized queries and data visualizations
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated, self-service systems/reports/dashboards at-scale
  • Establish analytical framework for product development by partnering with product and engineering teams to define measurement approach, quantifying, and evaluating success, and developing KPIs for ongoing measurement and reporting
  • Measure the impact of product-led experiments, reporting on our team’s performance in cross-org mechanisms
  • Contribute to our research roadmap, using a variety of analytical and statistical approaches to solve complex problems and drive business decisions
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, software engineering, data science, and data engineering partners to design and develop analytic capabilities
  • Support the analysis of key business metrics, by building automated dashboards and engineering data-driven processes that drive business value
  • Navigate ambiguity to develop analytic solutions and shape work alongside team members

You'll have... 

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Analytics/Business Intelligence Engineering experience
  • 1+ years of data warehousing and data modeling experience
  • 1+ years’ experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, R, Python or similar tools/languages
  • 1+ years of experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
  • 1+ years of experience using data analysis tools (esp. SQL and preferably Python/R), GCP/Hadoop, Tableau, experiment frameworks, and working across the full stack of data analysis (data engineering, ETL, data analytics, and data visualization).
