Our partner is looking for a Change Management AI Adoption Expert – Bilingual (French and English) based in Canada.

This role focuses on enabling large enterprise organizations to successfully adopt and scale AI-powered productivity solutions, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients translate business priorities into structured adoption strategies that drive measurable value and sustained behavioral change. The position combines consulting, change management, and digital transformation expertise to improve organizational readiness, user engagement, and technology adoption at scale. Working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments, you will design and implement enablement strategies, communication plans, and training programs that accelerate AI adoption. You will also play a key role in defining success metrics, tracking adoption performance, and refining strategies based on real usage insights.
