About the role

Overview

The Fleet Health Team within Microsoft 365 Core Platform is responsible for improving the reliability, availability, efficiency, and operational safety of the infrastructure that powers Microsoft 365 services worldwide. The team develops intelligent systems that transform fleet telemetry into actionable insights, enabling proactive detection of hardware issues, predictive maintenance, automated remediation, and data-driven capacity decisions.
