At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows an on-site work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least four to five days per week.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

• Bring your unique ideas and experience to identify and implement improvements to the complaint resolution process. 
• Have opportunities to expand your professional network. 
• Grow your skillset through a combination of training, hands-on experience, and mentorship. 
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team. 
• Get exposure to what it is like working in a Fortune 500 medical device company. 
• Complete specific project(s) that will include working in teams, analyzing data, developing presentations, and researching current industry trends or competitors’ products. 
• Develop knowledge about the business, operational issues, and product families associated with the PI division. 
• Contribute to the preparation and production of proposals and reports by using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs. 
• Prepare an oral and written evaluation for presentation to Management upon completion of internship. 

  

Required Qualifications: 

• Must be graduating between Fall 2026 and Spring 2028
• Must have at least one semester of school left post-internship to qualify.    
• Pursuing a degree in Biomedical engineering
• Experience with Microsoft office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Must be able to commit to one of the following full internship program periods: May 18th – August 7th OR May 26th – August 14th
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
• Must be able to commit to a full 8-month co-op assignment during the following timeframes:
  • January 12th, 2026 – August 7th, 2026
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the Marlborough, MA Boston Scientific Corporate location

• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams. 
• Passion to learn new technologies and find new solutions. 
• Experience with medical device complaint investigations
